embedCommand(

CLI command handler for embed operations.

Converts linked local images in markdown files to inline base64 data URIs. Each referenced image file is read, base64-encoded, and the markdown link rewritten to the data URI. An image file is removed once no file in the processed set references it any more.
Parameters
- patterns: readonly string[]
  File patterns to process (supports globs)
- options: Readonly<EmbedOptions>
  Command options
Returns Promise<void>
Example
```
# Inline every local image in a document
markmv embed doc.md

# Preview the rewrites without touching anything
markmv embed docs/*.md --dry-run
```
Throws
Will exit the process with code 1 if the operation fails
